Made entirely out of 3/16" steel. (2) 3/4" shackle mounts. Fits 2-2.5" pod lights. With or without tire carrier. Holds up to 37" tire. Tire carrier is a 2 piece bolt together design.
Bumper comes raw, unpainted.
